【簡介】

 

自1980年代中期以來，韓國透過國家資訊化實現了社會經濟的成長，也更注重高科技技術。目前正朝著前現代東亞新權威主義的勞動文化與人工智慧系統所結合的社會發展，為了解釋與反應國內勞動現況，提出「技術生態」一詞，運用生態視角觀察受人工智慧影響的勞動關係。

【Abstract】

 

Success in achieving socio-economic growth through national informatization since the mid-1980s has fostered an obsession with advanced technology. In particular, South Korea is evolving into a society that fuses a pre-modern East Asian neo-authoritarian labor culture with advanced AI systems. To elucidate this refracted reality of domestic labor, a “techno-ecological” approach is proposed, applying an ecological lens to AI-influenced labor practices effectively.
