觀眾對真實節目的真實性感知與收視動機關性之初探

As the promotions of the popular factual TV programs around the world, the market of TV programs in Taiwan follows this trend. In order to gain more profits, the contents of Taiwanese TV programs are merged with the local elements. Thus, the genre of the factual TV becomes more diverse and mixes some fictional elements. This study aims for discussing relationship between the audiences’ perception of realism for the content and their viewing motivations. As the research reveals, the students in the university perceive the realism of the contents differently. No matter how they perceive the realism of the contents, their main viewing motivations of this factual TV program all are “passing time and escape.” The perception of the realism does no t influence their viewing motivations.
