本研究企圖探討在不同空間中,大學生使用手機的頻率、認知空間的性質
以及在該空間中透露隱私的程度,希望理解大學生在公共/私人場合中使用手機
的感受與行為反應。

研究使用問卷調查法,發現透露隱私越深的人,在「隱私空間」、「可迴避
公共空間」中撥打電話的頻率越高。使用手機經驗、對空間的認知與使用場合有
相互影響的關係。此外,研究者也發現,個人透過手機談論隱私相當頻繁,並且
多有意識的透過手機談論隱私、對自己在手機中的隱私相關談話有自信,這樣的
狀況以使用手機經驗越長的人越為明顯。

對於媒介科技為隱私帶來新的課題,許\多大學生已意識到自己的後台內容
不該被旁人聽聞,並且非被動的對此狀況做出反應。受訪者仍顯示分歧,顯現手
機科技中介的個人生活當中,不同個人在生活中選擇以不同方式面對新科技帶來
的自我角色、「前/後台」模糊化之衝擊。
英文摘要
This research intends to explore where mobile phone users’ make their calls,
and how frequent do they make their calls in those locations. Furthermore, researcher
expects to find out to what extent mobile phone users’ use cell phone to reveal their
privacy, and how their self-awareness is. Third, the research theme also involves how
mobile phone users’ perceive the nature of space and how they feel and do within it.
Using survey, result found out people who reveal private information deeper, are
more frequent making calls in “private space” and “isolable public space”. There has
relationship between using experience, perception of space and using space.
Furthermore, results show that people talk about their self frequently and with
intention, confidence while revealing their privacy through mobile phone, especially
for those who has more using experience.
At large, college students are aware of their private information. However,
research founds diversity of mobile phone users’ choice to deal with “front stage”,
“back stage” blurring. These actions of choice show their initiative.
