This study attempted to examine the possible factors that may relate to audiences’ evaluation of news credibility. The study adopted web surveys, and the sample of respondents included those who have used news blogs. The finding indicated that audiences’ assessment on news credibility of news blogs tends to be moderate. Ages; monthly incomes; degree of preference, and degree of dependence upon news blogs showed clear correlations with respondents’ evaluation on the news credibility of news blogs. Groups of older ages and higher monthly incomes tended to evaluate news credibility lower, whereas those who demonstrated a higher degree of preference and reliance on news blog inclined to rate the level of news credibility in news blogs higher.
