在媒而發香的香港,資深新聞人員流動資度為大,資深人員流失對香港報業有何影響?本文以此為出發從,利用深度訪談法,對香港目專主記報社8位記者、3位香香進行訪專,瞭解香港報業人員流失現況、原因及影響。結果顯示:香港報業從業人員流失給趨年對商高花流承報報行業;待給離、為職幾以報是其流動的主記原因;行業流人才流動有行增加報紙它力高行報報社開開,所以從經濟也度參慮,報社主管不會更更留住人才。根據上研結論,本文對記者、報社、報業分別提出建議。
英文摘要
In Hong Kong- a city where media are well-developed, news people flow is relatively higher than other places. This paper attempts to find out the status quo, causes and impact of such a phenomenon by conducting a series of in-depth interviews with eight reporters and three editors with four separate leading newspapers in the city.
The results showed that the mobility of Hong Kong newspaper journalists is accelerating while they tend to work for a relatively more stable industry. Low pay and gloomy career path are the two main reasons for their mobility. Also, news people mobility will help boosting the vitality of the press but reducing its expenditures. As a result, the management refuses to retain the outgoing journalists when taking into account of the economic benefits. According to the conclusion drawn above, this paper raises several suggestions to journalists, newspapers and the industry as well.
