在中國文化體制改革全面推進的背景下,作為傳媒體制改革核心問題的傳媒治理結構成為當下傳媒研究與實踐的重要話題。中國傳媒治理結構的制度起源與轉型有著獨具特色的演進路徑,呈現出由行政導向為主的行政型治理結構向市場導向為主的現代企業治理結構的變革主線。在轉型的過程中,黨和政府的作用至關重要,從而呈現出政治力量主導治理結構轉型的特點,而隨著市場化的逐步深入,經濟力量也逐步崛起並日益呈現出對政治力量控制力的消解作用,但是社會力量卻仍處邊緣化的境地。

In the context of the Chinese culture system reform, as a core issue of media reform, media governance structure becomes an important topic in the media research and practice.
The transformation of Chinese media governance structure has undergone an unique evolution way, which from the administrative governance structure to the modern corporate governance structure. In the transformation process, the role of the party and government is essential
and the political forces have been in the dominant status. And with the gradual deepening of the market, the rise of economic forces has digested the strong power of political control, but the social forces are still at marginalization.
