K-pop has risen abruptly these years. Not only Korean drama and music had access to Taiwan market, but audience in Taiwan could watch more and more Korean programs on television. Within these programs, “We Got Married” invite artists to the program and make them into couples, showing marriage lives. The audiences are also be able to watch these fictitious couples do the mission which would be given by the program. Interesting interactions between the couples can be seen in the program, too.
Nowadays the demarcation line of reality and fabrication is getting vague gradually. The genuineness of the reality shows also became one of the topical subjects. This paper is going to research how the audiences interpret and get involved in this program from their different angles for “We Got Married”, including their interpretation to the genuineness of this program. Besides, marriage is greatly related to our daily lives, so this paper tends to research the relationship between watching program and experiences of the audiences. And compare perspectives of the married and the unmarried to confer different interpretations in different backgrounds.
The marriage of the artists in this program which may let the audiences run away from the real lives by watching are happier, innocently, than the marriage in reality, and then they could get pleasure. Interview the audiences who are familiar with this show through In-depth interview to confer their thoughts of genuineness, emotions and behaviors.
