N 世代讀者對電子書閱\讀器的觀感與認知:一個圖像思考的觀點

電子閱\讀風潮興起,台灣向來重視閱\讀並擁有關鍵的電字書閱\讀器製造技 術,卻無力提振國產電子書閱\讀器的銷售數量。因此本文回歸到 N 世代讀者對 電子書閱\讀器的使用經驗上,藉由圖像思考的角度來切入,透過兩場焦點團體來 尋找他們對該項產品的觀感和認知。 我們發現讀者在拿取、移動、連結和資訊這四點上看重電子書閱\讀器的便 利性,以及他們已在網路世代中養成的圖文使用習慣會強烈影響他們對電子書閱\ 讀器的觀感和期待。
英文摘要
Under the trend of electronic reading, Taiwan, which traditionally encourages reading and owns the key technique of manufacturing eBook Readers, yet can’t reach an idea number when selling local-brand eBook readers. We try to outline users’ feelings and perspectives toward eBook readers by going through a new pass of holding two focus groups and based on N-generation readers’ graphical thinking. Our study points out readers have great recommendations and/or demands on eBook readers’ of accessibility, mobile ability, connection and information providing. Furthermore, readers’ behaviors grown up with internet-surfing have strong impact on their viewpoints and expectations of e-Book readers.
