In the meantime of disbodiment to reembodiment, people can rebuild their selves and change identities in Internet. However, Internet is not only a playground of role-taking but a stage for roles-interacted as well. Hence, it will be concerning interpersonal communication, not just restrict to inner joy of self. This study uses text-analysis, interviews and poll survey to investigate the community of Dragon Board run by the fans of Wei-Chuan baseball team in the Bulletin Board System. Following the viewpoint of ritual, these fans keep strengthening the share belief about the team during their interaction. When the team was close to dismissal, they held the first protest in Taiwan baseball history. Even the team disappeared after all, they constructed collective memory and created the story about "The Soul of Dragon Never Die" in Internet. This study finally concludes that virtually community consists of commonness, interaction and cohesion. Besides, members keep community identity through ritual interaction and rebuild collective memory to enhance the community force.
