Abstract
In 2018, the first African swine fever virus(ASFV) confirmed pigs in China was the first case in East Asia. China accounted for the world's largest pork exporter. This situation not only symbolizes that the virus is likely to expand into the world's major pork production and consumption regions, but also It is extremely likely that the economy of the affected countries will be hit hard. Due to the geographical proximity of the country, the government is also closely guarded, and this incident has been promoted to a national event. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to examine the spread of African swine fever in China, affect the perception of the risk of Taiwanese people on this issue, explore the role of media in the impact of risk perception, and the impact of political trust, and then further explore risk perception. Influencing risk acceptance and behavioral tendency, the results show that online media has a significant positive correlation with personal risk perception. However, political trust does not have a regulatory effect, and behavioral tendencies are affected by individual risk perception.
