數位匯流時代各種新興收視平臺興起,閱聽人收視習慣已轉向為跨平臺多螢收視,新傳播生態中的收視行為測量調查與資訊統計整合為後匯流時代之重要任務。本研究以美國收視率委員會之跨媒體收視率調查標準為例,運用文獻分析與政策研究方法進行政策分析,並研擬相關政策規範建議,冀望我國得儘早採用科學方法,導入科技工具等機制,建構有效的傳播效果評估體系,進而促進傳播生態與產業環境的健全發展。
Viewer behavior has changed into the age of digital convergence, they can watch video and audio services using multiple platforms, surveying audience viewing behavior and information statistics is an important task at present. This study use document analysis and policy research, and taking the cross-media audience measurement standards from MRC as examples, trying to create relevant policies and recommendations about measure cross-media viewing behavior.
