本研究主要是以遷移理論為主軸，針對台灣民眾觀看有關反送中事件的媒體資訊後產生「亡國感」之社會現象進行研究，發現在經長時間藉由媒體報導看到香港市民為求自身權益卻遭受到香港政府及警察迫害的狀況，台灣民眾對此不僅能從同理心的角度感同身受其遭遇，也逐漸擔憂未來台灣是否會有相同的處境，同時間民眾捍衛民主的危機意識也被喚醒，因而引發其內心亡國感的產生。  

This research is mainly based on transportation theory, and that it studies the social phenomenon of people in Taiwan who have "a sense of national subjugation" after viewing media information about the Hong Kong Anti- Government Protest. It finds that people in Taiwan see situations from long- term media reports, which Hong Kong citizens have been persecuted by the government and police in order to protect for their own rights, people in Taiwan not only empathize with their experience but also gradually worry about whether they will have the same situation in the future. At the same time, public's awareness of a crisis in defending democracy has also been awakened, thus triggering a sense of national subjugation in their hearts.
