社交媒體LINE由於使用上相當好上手,所以許多組織日常生活中對內、對外的溝通,都使用LINE為主要工具。
當即時通訊LINE進入組織溝通,LINE的科技特性對於組織溝通會產生如何的影響?此為本研究的問題意識。研究田野為「永和社區大學瓦磘溝願景社」及此組織平日溝通的相關LINE群組。
研究方法採取民族誌法(Ethnography);而研究者為局內人。
Because the social media LINE is very easy to use, many organizations use LINE as the main tool for all kinds of internal and external communication in everyday life.
IM LINE used into organization communication, what do members think of the group and organization? How does f the LINE affect the identification of the group members about the organization? What are the communication strategies of the members of the organization group? Are attitudes online and offline the same or different?
This research adopts ethnography of qualitative research. The research field are the “The vision of the Wayaogou River association” in “Yonghe Community college” and the LINE groups they use. The researchers is insider.
