本研究應用行銷管理領域中針對「顧客滿意度」進行分析的Tetraclasse模式,以大傳系學生為主要研究對象,檢視他們對影響校園學習環境滿意度相關要素的態度與看法。校方與系所可根據研究結果顯示的「關鍵型」、「加分型」、「基本型」以及「次要型」等四種類型要素影響學習環境滿意度的特性,作為爾後改善教學環境與設備、學習資源提供、校園環境以及行政資源府正的參考,希望能藉由提升校園學習環境滿意度,增進學生學習成效。
This research attempts to apply the Tetraclasse model, which has been adopting to analyze service elements of customer satisfaction in the fields of business marketing and management, to study mass communication-majored students’ attitudes towards learning environment satisfaction. The service elements related to learning environment satisfaction can be categorized into groups of key elements, plus elements, basic elements, and secondary elements respectively. By reviewing the results of this study, school administrations and academic departments can improve students’ learning environment in order to enhance students’ learning efficiency.
