隨著智慧型手機使用率逐年上升,過往研究僅針對手機遊戲與課業間探討,並未對手機遊戲與工作效能之間深入研究。本文探究國軍官兵手機遊戲涉入程度與使用動機對於工作效能的影響,並加入心流體驗作為中介變項實施分析。結果顯示透過心流體驗使用手機遊戲,可以將國軍官兵對工作效能相對的提升,這就表示使用者藉由手機遊戲,可紓解自身的生活壓力,進而促使工作效率顯著,僅此研究結果可供國軍部隊參考。
With the popularization of mobile devices, previous studies have only focused on mobile game addiction as a result of discussion, and have not studied mobile games with a positive attitude. This article will use the theory of flow experience to explore the influence of the mobile phone games of the National Army officers and soldiers on the work efficiency, and add flow experience as an intermediary variable to perform the analysis. The results show that the use of mobile games through the flow experience can relatively improve the work efficiency of the National Army officers and soldiers, which means that users can obtain joyful mood and relieve work pressure through mobile games, thereby promoting their performance Significantly, only the results of this study can be used for reference by the National Army.
