本研究探討 LINE 使用者在即時通訊時所採用的互動迴避策略,以及其與使用者本身親和性、神經質、社交焦慮感、溝通技巧、隱私顧慮、拖延程度等之間的相關性。研究將迴避策略分為無視型(不讀不回)、無言型(已讀不回)及折衷型(如:使用表情符號或文字簡短回覆等),透過線上問卷調查法,共回收 618 份有效問卷。研究結果發現:當使用者的親和性越高越能夠預測無言型的迴避策略;當神經質越高則越能預測無言型與折衷型的迴避策略;社交焦慮越高者越可預測無視型的迴避策略;溝通技巧越高越能預測無視型與折衷型的迴避策略;隱私顧慮越高越能預測無言型與折衷型迴避策略;預測拖延程度越高的人越能採取無視型的迴避策略。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the personal traits of agreeable, neuroticism, social anxiety, communication skills, privacy concerns, procrastination and avoidance behaviors of social media interaction among users of the instant messaging software LINE. Through the online questionnaire survey method, a total of618 valid questionnaires were recovered. The results of the study found that avoidance strategies are divided into ignorant, silent and helpless. The higher the user's affinity, the better the ability to predict the silent avoidance strategy; the higher the neuroticism, the better the prediction of the silent and helpless avoid ance strategies. ; Higher social anxiety predicts ignorant avoidance strategies; higher communication skills predict ignorant and helpless avoidance strategies; higher privacy concerns predict silent and helpless avoidance strategies; predict procrastination The taller the person, the more likely they will adopt the ignoring avoidance strategy.
