英文摘要
Discord users continue to grow as the coronavirus pandemic has increased demand for voice chat services. With Discord, users can create channels as communities, interacting with each other through voice or text chat. In order to explore the correlations between social presence, sense of virtual community and continuous use intention of virtual community which users perceived, the study adopts the online survey method and a total of 409 effective responses has been collected. The results indicate that voice-based interaction is perceived as higher than text-based interaction in terms of social presence, sense of virtual community and continuous use intention of virtual community. Besides social presence and sense of virtual community, there is also a significant positive correlation between sense of virtual community and continuous use intention of virtual community.
