事實查核工作者的能力與實踐：以台灣事實查核中心為例
Exploring practices and competences of fact-checker: A case study of Taiwan FactCheck Center

當今，假訊息對社會的影響越發嚴重，也使事實查核越發重要。本研究以台 灣的查核組織「台灣事實查核中心」為研究個案，以智能配置理論的觀點分析事 實查核工作者的實踐與能力。工作者藉由配置外在物──科技工具與人脈建立認 知系統，以達成工作目標，這種智能配置的認知行動在事實查核實踐中反覆進行、 並內化為知識與能力。本研究認為，能否順利且有效率地獲取、篩選與配置外在 物作為工作所需的資源，是事實查核工作者重要的能力展現。

This study focuses on the practice and abilities of fact checkers. I use distributed intelligence theory to observe the cooperative relationship between fact checkers and external objects in order to understand how they construct a cognitive system and accomplish their work based on this cognitive behavior. Take Taiwan FactCheck Center as a case study, Participant Observation is used to obtain information of the fact checkers’ practices and cognitive activities, and to sort out the fact checking practice process.
