國軍官兵近年遭詐騙案件層出不窮,防範官兵受騙上當及深耕官兵意識,是部隊反詐騙 宣導的重要性所在。為將反詐騙的觀念深植每一位官兵心中,陸軍司令部於 2021 年特別製播 反詐騙宣導影集,提供部隊活化宣教方式,期望達到反詐騙宣導的效果。本研究採受試者間 間設計 2×2×2 實驗法,藉由反詐騙宣導影片的「名人代言」及「幽默訴求」影片片段進行比 較,了解不同訴求的宣導影片透過不同的涉入程度調節,對其記憶程度及接受程度的影響。 本研究結果顯示,高涉入幽默訴求對於記憶程度與接受程度效果最佳;反之,低涉入名人代 言對於記憶程度效果與接受程度效果相較之下最差。進一步分析發現,名人代言的宣導影片 效果不佳,原因推斷有二:第一、對於主持人熟悉度不高;第二、無法確定主持人對於反詐 騙議題的連結。此外,部隊官兵對於反詐騙議題涉入程度越高,所產生的記憶程度及接受程 度效果就越好。

In recent years, cases of defrauding of officers and soldiers have emerged one after another. Preventing officers and soldiers from being deceived and cultivating their awareness is the importance of anti-fraud propaganda in the army. In order to embed the concept of anti-fraud in the hearts of every officer and soldier, the Army Command will specially produce and broadcast an anti- fraud propaganda album in 2021 to provide the army with a way of revitalizing propaganda and education, hoping to achieve the effect of anti-fraud propaganda. In this study, a 2 × 2 × 2 experimental method was designed between subjects. By comparing the "celebrity endorsement" and "humor appeal" video clips of anti-fraud promotional videos, we can understand that propaganda videos with different appeals have different influences. The influence of the degree of input adjustment on the degree of memory and acceptance. The results of this study show that high- involvement humor appeals have the best effect on memory and acceptance; conversely, low- involvement celebrity endorsements have the worst effect on memory and acceptance. Further analysis found that the effect of celebrity endorsement promotional videos was not good for two reasons: first, the host was not familiar with the host; second, it was impossible to determine the host's connection to anti-fraud issues. In addition, the higher the level of involvement of officers and soldiers in anti-fraud issues, the better the effect of memory and acceptance.
