數位轉型,不只是媒體產業產出系統和科技的挑戰,對新聞從業人員、新聞教育及未來工作的方式也都必須跟著改變。當社會中出現了數位敘事專題的新物品之後,就像是浮出水面的冰山一角,可由此觀照底下所鏡射出的社會關係與時間節奏之新劇本。為了嘗試引導新聞傳播未來的發展趨勢,本文將以數位敘事專題所走向的創新之路作為前導,拋出三個方向的提問與展望:一、先 對數位敘事專題新文類進行在地化故事結構的理解,以去比較出此種新文類對 傳統新聞所帶來的挑戰與回應策略;二則是從在地化數位敘事專題的產製流程及其與使用者互動過程進行系統性的理解,從設計思考角度探究說故事者與團隊在創新數位專題的過程,以試圖建立各階段及其組成元素的歷程模型,進而改變媒體生產與消費分立的思維,帶動另一波公共社會議題影響力的消長;三則是回歸到課程與教育的現場,若新文類帶來的培訓人才目標改變了,不再只是訓練出傳統新聞報導的人才,而是跨領域合作的數位敘事創新形式,要如何重新規畫新的教育體系與引導架構,都將帶我們回頭反思傳統新聞傳播教育及建構可能的新理論與實務之判準。於三方向之下,本文依此提出未來可行分析架構之指南。
Digital transformation is not only a challenge to the output system and technology of the media industry, but also to journalists, journalism education and the way of future work. When new genre of digital narrative reports appear in society, it is like the tip of an iceberg emerging from the water, from which we can observe the new script of social relations and time rhythm reflected underneath. In order to try to guide the future development trend of news communication, this paper will take the innovative road of digital narrative reports as the core direction. The specific implementation is: First, understand the localized story structure of the new genre of digital narrative reports, in order to compare the challenges and response strategies brought by this new genre to traditional news. The second is to explore the process of storytellers and teams in innovative digital reports from the perspective of design thinking, in order to try to establish a process model of each stage and its constituent elements. Finally, we return to the curriculum and education scene. How to re-plan the new education system and guidance structure will lead us to reflect on traditional journalism education and construct possible new theories and practices. Under the three directions, this paper proposes guidelines for future feasible analysis frameworks.
