 Study With Me 是近年來許多人在學習時會選擇觀看的影片類型,然而目前針對 Study With Me 的研究大多為探討其使用於滿足與使用動機,未深入研究影片是否影響人的學習效能與注意力。本研究以情緒與社會臨場感的觀點,探討不同情境之 Study With Me 對於閱聽人專注力與學習效能的影響。研究結果發現有真實人物的讀書情境對於閱聽人的學習效能有更好的表現,但該效果並非透過情緒或社會臨場感所中介。此外,背景音樂的有無與持續使用意圖有關。

英文摘要

 "Study With Me" (SWM) is a type of video that people watch while studying. Recent research on SWM focuses on the causes, which refer to why people watch SWM videos; whereas the effects, which refer to how watching SWM videos affects learning efficiency, are less explored. The present study, from the perspectives of emotional processing and social presence, investigated the effects of SWM videos on viewers’ attention and learning efficiency. The results showed that viewers memorized the studied contents more accurately when a real person, as opposed to a virtual figure, appeared in the SWM video. In addition, the presence of background music could enhance the intention to continue watching SWM videos.
