本研究從戰略傳播分析角度出發，針對俄羅斯總統普丁以及烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基官方推 特（Twitter）發布之推文中，包含總統個人照片推文進行影像情緒分析，探索總統形象如何作為一種戰略傳播（Strategic Communication）的策略。研究發現俄烏雙方總統呈現冷靜、難過、快樂等臉部情緒態樣，對內凝聚意志、對外展現堅定。同時，根據不同情緒態樣與社群受眾反應進行回歸分析，說明臉部情緒態樣對受眾及國家戰略傳播所發揮之影響性。最後，本研究實證檢驗俄烏總統於戰略傳播中，結合公共外交以及心理操作， 對國內外達成戰略目標之策略意涵，並提供未來研究以影像分析方法探索戰略傳播策略適用性之參考。

 From the perspective of strategic communication analysis, this study conducts image sentiment analysis on the tweets of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, which contain personal photos of the president, to explore how the image of the president can be used as a strategy Communication (Strategic Communication) strategy. The study found that the presidents of Russia and Ukraine showed facial expressions such as calmness, sadness, and happiness, condensing their will internally and showing firmness externally. At the same time, a regression analysis is carried out based on different emotional states and community audience responses to illustrate the influence of facial emotional states on audiences and national strategic communication. Finally, this study empirically tests the strategic implications of Russian-Ukrainian presidents in strategic communication, combined with public diplomacy and psychological manipulation, to achieve strategic goals at home and abroad, and provides a reference for future research to explore the applicability of strategic communication strategies with image analysis methods.
