Covid-19 疫情不僅改變你我的生活也讓許多人的生活出現困境，更帶出不同性別與弱勢族群的問題，其中「思覺失調症」患者在疫情期間，隨著多起社會事件報導與相關主題的影視內容播映，讓該症逐漸受到大眾關注。疫情期間媒體資訊傳遞的社會功能更加凸顯，新聞媒體的影響應是最廣的一種傳播方式，但新聞內容或多或少參雜記者本身的主觀意識、少了弱勢族群的話語權，易加深閱聽人對「思覺失調症」患者的刻板印象。然而在疫情期間上映的電影《瀑布》透過戲劇方式詮釋一位失婚女性在疫情期間失業的思覺失調症患者，讓我們藉由觀影行為間接了解該疾病的特質、可能產生的衝擊並學習面對患者正確的應對方式。本文藉由媒體再現理論、敘事相關理論及文本分析方式，論述電影中各種呈現元素、語言及意涵的發展，讓閱聽者對疾病有更進一步的認識，在自身或身邊親友出現類似症狀時，也能及時提高警覺，進而前往醫院就醫，讓社會資源及時介入支持。

 The Covid-19 epidemic not only changed our lives, but also made many people's lives difficult. It also brought out problems of different genders and vulnerable groups. Patients with "schizophrenia" were reported with many social incidents during the epidemic. The film and television content related topics has gradually attracted public attention to the disease. During the epidemic, the social function of media became more prominent. The influence of news should be the most widely spread method, but news content is mixed with the subjective consciousness of journalists themselves, and the discourse power of disadvantaged groups is less, which is easy to deepen the audiences’ stereotypes about people with "schizophrenia". However, the movie "The Falls" released during the epidemic interpreted a divorced woman with schizophrenia who was unemployed during the epidemic in a dramatic way, allowing us to indirectly understand the characteristics of the disease, and appropriate response to the patients through watching movies. This study discusses the development of various presentation elements, language and connotations in the film by media representation theory, narrative theory and content analysis methods so that readers can have a better understanding of the disease, and when their relatives and friends have similar symptoms , it can also increase vigilance in time, and then go to the hospital, so that social resources can intervene and support in time.
