身為女性，從乳房開始發育的那一刻起，通過他人的眼光、女性長輩的引導和去商店選購內衣的經驗，女性往往都會被告知應該如何看待和處理自己的乳房。乳房的發育使生理女性，開始經由這個變化意識到了女性身體在社會中的狀態，那是一種類似於他者的存在。內衣——試圖通過功能性的設計，幫助女性完成「完美胸器」的形塑，策略性地實踐著女性的身體意象。本研究試圖通過乳房外觀所展演的身體意象，以上海年輕白領作為研究研究對象，探究女性如何實踐其身體政治。在討論乳房外觀、內衣與女性主體的時候，一味否定他們之間的聯繫顯然是武斷的。但也不能完全拋棄女性主義的視角，應該站在一個以女性為主體的位置，來觀察乳房外觀。同時引入身體意象的概念， 從三個方面進行分析討論：乳房「姿態模式」也就是身體空間組織的認知；乳房外觀在二元性別下的權力關係論述；通過乳房外觀與環境的互動實踐，進行身心互動的經驗分析。從女性主義身體觀出發，分析女性身體生物與社會之間的介面和女性身體政治實踐是本研究想要回答的問題。一方面將西方理論家的觀念做爬梳，另一方面也借助中國傳統社會中女性身體政治的描述，打造分析用理論工具。研究結果發現，成為女性身體是一個接著一個的儀式化過程；雖然所有人都有一個想像中的共同身體，但在性/別權力關係中對於智慧的重要性的論述中選擇放棄對於想像中共同身體的追求；在流行文化和公共身體的裹挾之下，女性的身體在環境中從來都是遵循著現代化、專業化的路線在實踐。

 From the moment a girl's breasts begin to develop, she is often told by others, particularly female elders, and through experiences such as purchasing bras, how to view and manage her breasts. Breast development marks the moment when a biological female becomes aware of her social status as a woman, and it becomes an embodiment of the "other." Bras attempt to strategically shape women's body image through functional design, helping to achieve the "perfect bust." This study explores how women practice their bodily politics through the body image displayed by breast appearance, with young white-collar women in Shanghai as the research subjects. Although it is dogmatic to deny the connection between breast appearance, bras, and female subjectivity, it is also necessary to maintain a feminist perspective that observes breast appearance from a position centered on women. Through the concept of body image, the study conducts an analysis and discussion from three aspects: the "posture pattern" of the breast, which refers to the cognition of body space organization; the power relationship discussion of breast appearance under the binary gender system; and the analysis of the experience of body-mind interaction through the interaction between breast appearance and the environment. The study aims to answer the question of the interface between female bodily biology and society and women's bodily political practice from the perspective of feminist body view. On the one hand, Western theoretical ideas are analyzed, while on the other hand, traditional Chinese descriptions of female bodily politics are used to create analytical tools. The research results reveal that becoming a female body is a ritualistic process, and while everyone has a common imaginary body, the importance of wisdom in the discourse of sex/gender power relations is emphasized, and the pursuit of a common imaginary body is abandoned. Under the influence of popular culture and the public body, women's bodies have always followed the modern and professional route in practice in their environment.
