2002 年,行政院首度將「文化創意產業」發展列入國家發展重點計畫,至今文化創意產業在台灣已發展 20 餘年,而大眾媒體在過程中或扮演宣導、或扮演建構議題的重要角色。因此本研究目的在於歷時性地觀察媒體如何再現文化創意產業。本研究以平面媒體《聯合報》、《中國時報》在 2002 至 2021 年期間的報導為例,並透過語料庫分析工具,輔助挖掘鉅量文本內容的報導趨勢。研究問題有三:(1)新聞媒體如何談文化創意產業?(2)具有哪些議題論述特徵?(3)議題論述特徵是否隨著時間經歷有所變化 ?
For the first time in 2002, the Executive Yuan included the development of “cultural and creative industries” in national development plan. Until now, cultural and creative industries have developed in Taiwan for more than two decades. It is noteworthy that mass media has played an important role in promoting or constructing the issue of cultural and creative industries. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to observe how does the media report cultural and creative industries. This study selected United Daily News and China Times’ report from 2002 to 2021 as an example, and used corpus analysis tool to assist in mining the news frames and issues in the numerous text content. There are three research questions: (1) How does the media report cultural and creative industries? (2) What are the characteristics of the reports? (3) Does the characteristics of the reports have change over time? The research results will provide some advices for society about the current and future development direction of cultural and creative industries.
