資訊時代,電腦與網路成為人類生活中極重要的部份,無可否認地,對於偏遠地區的孩童,數位資源亦影響其學習成長;本研究鎖定過去未曾專文探討數位落差的花蓮,並以van Dijk 四種近用的概念為架構,在探究文獻後,深至花蓮縣市對7 所國小做問卷調查,分析後發現性別、種族等人口變項在的影響性,並發現動機和物質近用已經無所差別,在資訊素養和使用近用上差異較大,最後提出結論和建議,作為後繼研究者與相關單位改進的參考。
英文摘要
In information era, the computer and Internet become the extremely important part in human life. Undoubtedly, the students in the remove area should have same access to computer and Internet. This research is different from articles focus on "digital divide" in the past, but regards concept that van Dijk raised in 2004: four types of access. After probing into documents, do questionnaire investigation to 7 primary schools in Hualian. We find items of the populations influence access to motivation and access to material much. And we propose the conclusion and suggestion to researcher ’s improved reference as carrying on.
