How audience read a report composite words and photography? This study uses the concepts of intertextuality and schema, attempt to sort audience ’s reading condition, and hope to understand audience ’s spin when they read different displays of words and photography. Through the application of interviewing, the study digs outs when audience read a report composite words and photography, the status of intertextuality reveals through the same content about words and photography. Audience also chase up the connection between words and photography, and the connection will arouse they choose some kind of content schema. Finally, in the condition of different displays of text-photography, audience will use the chosen schema interpret the report, and build some unique meaning by themselves.
