This paper mainly discusses the role of intelligence and creativity on education in the field of communication and furthermore establishes some systematic assessment principles for creativity. By discussing what the creativity of communication is, it attempts to concretize the concepts of "creativity of assessment" as well as "assessment of creativity", and then ends by initiating the possibility of innovation in communication education.
This article indicates that systematic principles of creativity assessment can be concretely observed and discovered via analysis of the creativity process along with discussions focusing on the questions: "What are the core competition skills of communication field ?" and "What are the main elements of creativity needed in the core skills?"
