The purpose of this research is to explore the self-presentation of personal homepage in WWW. First of all, review literatures of self-concept & give a definition of self. Second, construct the category of self-presentation of personal homepage. We ’ve got four phases to browse & encode the homepages: physical self, social self, spiritual self & extensive self in internet. The last is to implement a case study of juniors & seniors in NCTU. We examine from the perspective of information richness & the whole concept provided by the homepage owner. In the 106 cases, the results shows that the information of physical me is mostly provided & the richest. The browsers can also have the best whole impression about physical self among all.
