「電訊傳播產業資料庫」簡介

自民國87年3月起, 國立中正大學電訊傳播研究所在教育部的經費補助下，著手建構「電訊傳播產業資料庫」。該資料庫定位於收集國內電訊傳播產業資料，以期提供國內傳播教學和研究所需的相關資訊。資料的蒐集涵蓋\台灣地區的電訊政策和法規、電訊傳播相關機構、電訊傳播產業概況等等。

目前，「電訊傳播產業資料庫」總計連結284個網站、儲存近五萬筆資料，並在中正大學電訊傳播研究所的網頁中架設網站，開放各界上網瀏覽，網址是http://www.ccunix.ccu.edu.tw/~telcom/database/telehome-0.html。本論文以報告「電訊傳播產業資料庫」的規劃與建構過程為主，藉以討論建構傳播資料庫所面臨的議題。

Granted by the Ministry of Education, Institute of Telecommunications at National Chung Cheng University has set up a "Database of Telecommunications" for public free access since the March of 1998. Its URL is- http://www.ccunix.ccu.edu.tw/~telcom/database/ telehome-0.html.

The "Database of Telecommunications" is aimed to collect all domestic information relevant to telecommunications, such as Taiwan ’s telecommunication policies and regulations, the development of various telecommunications industries in Taiwan, etc.. In total, the "Database of Telecommunications" links to 284 Web sites and consists of 50000 pieces of data.

This paper reports the details of how the "Database of Telecommunications" was planed and built up, and also discusses the plan of its further development.
