台北縣市大陸女性配偶的媒體使用與認同意識研究
Behavior of media- Using and identity consciousness- Case study on Mainland Chinese female spouses in Taipei County and Taipei City
This study is to analyze the behavior of mass-media-using related to identity consciousness among Mainland Chinese female spouses in Taipei county and Taipei city. The observation field is "Chinese Association For Relief And Ensuing Services" and "lovetango" web site. Participant observation and in-depth interviews are the main methods for this study. The findings of the research are concluded as follows: 1. The interviewees who have high social-economic status usually use internet. However, television is the most commonly-used medium. 2. The interviewees believe that media offers effective access to the learning of Taiwanese language and accelerates their assimilation to the Taiwanese society. Media also enables them to understand what local people think of Mainland Chinese female spouses. 3. Media-using easily leads to identity toward the same community and causes Mainland Chinese female spouses to miss their hometown back in China. 4. The interviewees hope Taiwanese media can reduce negative construction and increase positive reports.
