The purpose of research to probe into media what is main learning motivation that personage goes back to school? And what is main learning obstacle? And probe into the relation between learning motivation and learning obstacle, an impact on media personage ’s study of "the class on the job" further. Result of study find different school appear different learning motivation, especially in "absorb new knowledge" with "the job develops" appear the apparent difference. In addition, there is relation of showing between sex and learning obstacle. Women ’s learning obstacle that go to school on the job, is obviously higher than man. But the average learning motivation of the married one is higher than the unmarried ones, the learning obstacle is lower than the unmarried ones.
