本研究援引禮貌理論,檢視上班族在組織內進行重複上行訴求的事件,以及其所採用的禮貌策略。透過關鍵事件訪談法,共獲得 55 個重複上行訴求事件,共182次重複過程,其中過半事件因為很重要,所以部署堅持要重複訴求而最終「逆轉勝」。此外,本研究還發現,採用不同的禮貌策略,跟上司的回應之間存在一定關聯。於此,本研究驗證禮貌理論。
This investigation invokes politeness theory to examine the event of salaryman doing repetition within an organization and how they adopt politeness strategies of the politeness theory.Through the critical incident interview technique of in-depth interview,we have collected fifty-five cases of repetition that sums to 182 times of talk between subordinate staff and superiors.Since more than half cases are really important for interviewee,they insisted on repetition and led to eventual success.In addition,the investigation found that adopting different politeness strategies would have an effect on the response of the superiors.Thus,the investigation verified the validity of the politeness theory.
