國際新聞中的系統性來源偏差與制衡─台灣媒體如何呈現中國貪腐新聞？
The missing report—The systematic source bias of Communist China ’s news and how to counter it in Taiwan ’s newspapers

論本文以系統性新聞偏誤和制衡的觀點進行量化分析，了解台灣報導中共貪腐現象的整體輪廓，輔以汕尾慘案之個案分析，探討台灣媒體的馴化策略，並以的Foucault的論述分析解構新聞中的權力建構，以及對抗中共官方媒體的制衡策略。研究發現：除汕尾這類受國際關注的慘案，台灣媒體會引用外電，提供中共官方說法外的資訊，其他報導多受制於大陸媒體管制下的系統性偏誤，同時期待進一步分析大陸媒體是否完全受制，及在情境變遷中可能平衡的方式。

The purpose of this article is to perform quantitative analysis through looking at the systematic bias and point-counter-point perspectives. The analysis is to understand the overall structure of how Taiwanese media reports on the corruption of the Chinese government as well as the domestication policy that the Taiwanese press has adapted towards the Chinese government. Through the examination of Foucault, this article further breaks down the power structure of the media system in general and the strategy of how Taiwanese press resist the official Chinese press.
