For the past two years, the KMT owned media were in the uncertain because of withdrawing from media due to broadcasting and TV law. During the stock right shifting, as the labors, how to take action and strive for the rights and interests collectively? What it will be labor consciousness represented during that time? CTV is one of the most successful cases among these party-owned media. This research focuses on CTV case study to answer these questions with field study. This research suggests there are two characteristics for CTV labor consciousness: (1) they all like white-class labor lacking of collective consciousness; (2) they are obedient and gentle under KMT running for long time. It might not be good for further action confronting for their rights and interests.
